Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. enriched all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    2 c. canned pumpkin (No. 303 can)
    1 c. oil
    1 c. water or half water and half rum, brandy or Triple Sec
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
    Mix last 6 ingredients.
    Combine the 2 mixtures and blend well.
    This may be baked in 4 coffee cans (1-pound size), well greased, in a large Bundt pan or 2 bread pans.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven until the bread pulls away from the sides of the pan or shows done when tested with a straw.
