Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle an 8 ounce package of Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
