Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small diced onion
    6 slices diced bacon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. diced potatoes
    3/4 c. water
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown onion and bacon slightly in butter.
    Boil diced potatoes in water until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients and onion and bacon mixture.
    Simmer 5 minutes and serve in soup bowls.
