Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bring potatoes, water and onion to boil in large pot until done.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add water as needed.
    Serves 4.
