Eggplant Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
    2 or 3 eggplants, peeled and sliced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion (medium size), chopped
    2 leaves celery, chopped
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    salt and pepper to suit taste
    1 or 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cook eggplant in medium size boiler with water until tender; drain.
    Save water.
    Brown meat in cooking oil.
    Add all other ingredients; cook until tender.
    Add eggplant.
    If too dry, add water from eggplant.
    Cook all until of a casserole consistency.
