Susanne'S Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1 chopped onion
1 c. rice
1 head cabbage, cored
1 lb. ground beef
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Boil cabbage in large pot of water, removing leaves as they soften.
Remove leaves from water.
Cut off large vein.
Mix ingredients together.
Make large balls.
Place in leaf.
Fold edges and roll.
Line bottom of heavy pot with cabbage leaves. Place rolls in pot. Cover with cabbage leaves and 4 strips bacon. Fill pot halfway with saved water.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Top with sour cream when served.
