Almond Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Beat butter and shortening until softened.
    Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Beat until fluffy.
    Stir in flour mixture and nuts.
    Cover. Chill about 1 hour.
