Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham crackers
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. pumpkin
    4 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. cold water
    4 beaten egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Press graham crackers, 1/3 cup sugar and butter into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix 3 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese.
    Pour over crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Cook pumpkin, 4 egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar, milk, salt and cinnamon until heated well.
    Dissolve gelatine in cold water and add to pumpkin mixture. Cool and add 4 beaten egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar, beaten into egg whites.
    Pour mixture into cooled crust.
    Can top with Cool Whip.
