Chicken Casserole (1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1 (10 oz.) mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    16-20 flour tortilla
Preparation
    Place chicken in pot, adding enough water to cover it.
    Bring to a boil and cover, simmer 45 min. or until tender.
    Remove chicken from pot, reserving 3/4 c. broth.
    Remove meat from bones and cut into pieces, set aside.
    Fry corn tortillas in butter until warmed thoroughly.
    Layer tortillas in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Layer chicken on top.
    Pour soups over chicken.
    Top with remaining tortillas.
    Then shred cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F uncovered for 35 min. or till cheese melts.
