Seafood Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cleaned shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Saute shrimp lightly with onion and garlic in skillet in oil. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, other seasonings and bell pepper.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes about 6 cups or 4 servings.
