Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. grated zucchini (not peeled)
    1 c. raisins (add last)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. molasses
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except raisins and nuts, in large bowl and beat well. Add raisins and nuts after beating and blend in. Put in 2 or 3 greased and floured loaf pans or one tube/Bundt pan. Fill loaf pans only a little over half full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
