Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add oil and blend.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add carrots and blend well. Pour equal amounts into prepared 3 layer pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or in prepared 13 x 9-inch pan for 1 hour.
