Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel red tomatoes
    4 bell peppers
    2 strong peppers
    3 large cans tomato paste
    2 tsp oregano
    2 tsp basil
    3 stalks celery
    3 lb onion
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    2 tsp celery flakes
    4 whole bay leaves
    2 cans mushrooms drained
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes well done along with chopped onions and peppers adding no water.
    Mix remaining ingredients; cook one hour or until mixture is as think as desired.
    Put into jars and process 10 minutes in hot water bath.
