Buckeyes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter (room temperature)
2 lb. confectioners sugar
2 c. smooth peanut butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 block paraffin (2 oz.)
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and roll to size of buckeyes. Chill. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. With wooden toothpick, dip balls in chocolate mixture leaving top uncovered for buckeye \"effect\".
Refrigerate.
Makes 16 dozen.
