Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, sliced thin
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 cans tomato wedges
    1 small bottle catsup
    2 cans white creamed corn
    1 medium potato, grated
    1 tsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to your taste
Preparation
    Brown onions and beef in small amount of oil.
    Add tomatoes, catsup, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Cook 30 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, then add corn and potato.
    Simmer 5 additional minutes, stirring frequently!
