Mom'S Flakey Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. butter Crisco
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour until crumbly.
    Whip egg, vinegar and water together.
    Stir into flour mixture.
    Knead together. Separate into 4 balls. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Roll out on floured surface to size needed for pie plate. Dough should be soft and pliable.
