Dirty Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 strips bacon
7 potatoes
4 pieces garlic
1/2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Fry bacon in pot until crispy.
Cut potatoes in cube size pieces.
Take bacon out and put cut potatoes in bacon grease; fry potatoes until they start turning brown.
Cut garlic into small pieces and saute with potatoes for about a minute.
Turn down fire to medium to low.
