Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 well beaten eggs
2 c. half and half or milk
1 tsp. salt
1 large pie crust
4 oz. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. minced onions
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1 or 2 of the following options: 1/2 lb. bacon and 1 c. mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, zucchini, ham, sausage, crab, etc.
Preparation

Beat together first 3 ingredients.
Layer last 4 ingredients in a large pie crust.
Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn heat down to 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Heat leftovers at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
