Snickerdoodles (Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together first 3 ingredients, then add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Chill dough.
    Form into balls and roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
