Blueberry Muffins(A Low-Fat Recipe) - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites
1/2 c. lemon or plain yogurt
1/2 c. applesauce
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 c. blueberries
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and powder.
Combine egg whites, yogurt, applesauce and oil.
Stir into dry mixture, just until moistened.
Fold in blueberries. Divide into 12 greased muffin cups.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
