Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mix)
    3/4 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 small can Durkee fried onions
Preparation
    Thaw vegetables.
    In large bowl, mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, milk, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into covered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
