Light Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugarless sweetener or 4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all together well.
    You may add 1 tablespoon of curry powder.
    Or add 1 tablespoon each of tarragon, oregano and basil for Italian dressing.
