Beef And Bean Wraps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion - chopped
2 ribs celery - chopped
1/2 bell pepper - chopped
1 C medium or hot salsa
1 C black beans - drained (can use kidney or pinto beans)
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
8 flour tortillas - warmed
Preparation

In skillet, brown beef, drain any fat, stir in beans, salsa, veggies.
Heat till veggies wilt but still crisp.
Spoon about 1/2 c mixture down center of each tortilla, add about 2 Tbsp cheese.
Fold tortilla around filling.
Serve with additional salsa and cheese.
