Lemon Sugar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. flour
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    juice of 1 lemon, plus grated rind to taste (can use concentrate and omit rind)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat well together.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 12 minutes at 400\u00b0; lower temperature to 300\u00b0 and bake 20 more minutes.
