Cream Of Corn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 strips bacon, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
2 c. frozen corn
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. light cream
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Add onions and saute until soft.
Add butter, flour and milk.
Cook until hot, but do not boil.
Add corn, seasonings and cook until slightly thickened.
Add cream and heat until smooth.
Serves 6.
