Spanakorizo(Spanish Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until transparent.
    Add the rice, tomato sauce, spinach and parsley; stir well.
    Add the water, salt and pepper and bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer until rice is cooked.
    Before serving, add the juice of half a lemon.
