Ingredients

3 c. all purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 sticks butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 c. old fashioned oatmeal
2 c. sweetened flake coconut
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
In a very large bowl, beat butter on medium speed until creamy.
Gradually beat in both sugars for 2 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beat well and and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until just combined.
Add chocolate chips, oats, coconut and pecans.
Drop by tablespoon onto lightly greased baking sheets spacing 2 - 3 inches apart.
