Ravioli In Tomato-Basil Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (13 oz.) pkg. frozen jumbo round cheese ravioli
1 small bunch fresh basil or 3/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 large onion
1 medium size green pepper
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
Preparation

About 1 hour before serving, in a 12-inch skillet over high heat, to 8 cups boiling water, add both packages of frozen ravioli.
Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 15 to 20 minutes until ravioli are tender, turning ravioli once so they cook evenly. Drain.
