Cantonese Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steak
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, diced
    1 small green pepper, cut in strips
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Put meat and all other ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
    Serve over rice.
