Crawfish Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    4 medium onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 to 3 lb. crawfish
    1 pt. half and half cream
    2 tsp. Tony's or to taste
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    dash of Tabasco
    4 cloves garlic
    1 small can Parmesan cheese
    2 pkg. egg noodles
    4 Tbsp. parsley flakes or parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onions, bell peppers, celery and garlic and lightly brown.
    Add crawfish tails and cook approximately 15 minutes.
    Add cream, cheese, Tony's and noodles and let set for approximately 5 minutes.
    Cook noodles first (add parsley after crawfish has cooked).
    May add mushrooms, if desired.
    When you add your half and half and cheeses, cook on a low fire for approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
