Sausage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
1 c. onions
2 garlic cloves
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
5 c. beef broth
1/2 c. water
1 c. red wine
1 c. cut carrots
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 small can tomato paste
1 c. zucchini
1 (15 oz.) bag frozen tortellini
fresh parsley
hot garlic bread
Preparation

Saute Italian sausage, onion and garlic cloves.
Add stewed tomatoes, beef broth, water, red wine, carrots, basil, oregano and tomato paste.
Cook for 1 hour.
