Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 T. chili pepper
    1/4 T. red pepper
    1 can diced Mexican-style tomatoes
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 1/2 t. ground cumin
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    1 t. salt
    10-12 tortillas
    1 c. mexican cheese
Preparation
    Put together beef, spices, and tomatoes.
    Heat through. Cover bottom and sides with tortillas in 9x13 pan.
    Spread meat inside; top with tortillas. Mix cottage cheese, mexican cheese, and egg.
    Pour over tortillas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Serve with salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
