Sweet Berry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
1 c. chopped fresh strawberries

Preparation

Stir flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Set aside. Cream butter, sugar and almond extract.
Add eggs, one at a time. Beat thoroughly after each.
Add flour mixture; fold in berries. Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
