Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box instant rice
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 lb. (1/2 c.) melted margarine
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Prepare rice and broccoli according to package directions. Saute onion and celery in melted butter.
    Combine sauteed vegetables, rice and broccoli.
    Melt Cheez Whiz in soup and 1/2 cup water in saucepan.
    Stir in broccoli mixture, blending well. Spoon in greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
