Chicken And Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken breast, cut in chunky pieces
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. seedless red grapes, halved
    1 (20 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks
    1 (11 oz.) can drained mandarin oranges
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 cantaloupes, peeled and sliced crosswise
    lettuce leaves
    assorted crackers
Preparation
    Toss chicken, celery, grapes, pineapple chunks, orange segments and 2 teaspoons of pecans together gently. Mix salad dressing and salt with chicken mixture and chill. Place lettuce leaves and cantaloupe slices on plate and top with chicken salad. Garnish with remaining pecans. Serve with assorted crackers.
