Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1 small bell pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick oleo
    1 roll crushed Ritz crackers
    2 1/2 c. squash, cooked
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add melted oleo and crushed crackers on top.
    Cook about 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
