Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. celery, chopped
4 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. blanched slivered almonds
3 c. cooked rice (white)
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 c. crushed potato chips, mixed with 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except potato chip mixture.
Pour into a large baking dish and top with potato chip-cheese mixture. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven (preheated) for 30 to 45 minutes.
