Best Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy; add oil, sugar, zucchini, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour and cinnamon; pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done; cool for 15 minutes. Remove and cool on a rack.
    Best when 2 to 3 days old. Can be frozen.
