Fried Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

raisins or apples (quantity desired)
Preparation

Cook raisins or apples.
Make pie crust.
Take a saucer and cut out some shells and fill the half crust with fruit.
Fold over and pinch the edges together and fry.
Fry until crust is brown.
Good for an afternoon snack for school children.
