Chicken Veg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    potato
    celery
    carrots
    onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Use quantities to suit your needs.
    Cut up chicken or breast. Brown in heavy skillet with oil.
    Remove chicken, then in skillet, place cut up celery, carrots, onion and potato cut into quarters. Place chicken on top.
    Place lid on skillet and cook for 45 minutes or until veggies are cooked.
    Add a little water to bring to steam if needed.
