Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
2 sticks margarine
1 tube Ritz crackers
Cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion in 1 stick of margarine.
Mix with hash browns, chicken soup and sour cream.
Melt 2nd stick of margarine, mix with crushed tube of Ritz crackers and set aside.
Salt and pepper potato mixture to taste.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and cracker topping.
