Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    7 to 8 lasagna noodles
    2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Fry meat and drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and seasonings.
    Boil noodles.
    Mix cottage and Parmesan cheeses and egg.
    Layer:
    meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
    Continue layering in that order until all is used.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
