Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. each baking soda and salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry; stir until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until not moist in middle when tested. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans and place on wire racks; cool completely.
