Holiday Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Blend all dry ingredients.
    Mix in oil, eggs and carrots. Blend well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, approximately 50 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean).
