Chocolate Whacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift
    together all dry ingredients
    into ungreased cake pan. Make
    3 holes in dry ingredients.
    In one hole fill with oil; in another
    put
    vinegar; and in the last hole, vanilla. Pour cold water
    over all and stir with fork until mixed very well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
