Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with zucchini to egg mixture.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Freezes well.
    Makes 2 loaves.
