Banana Oat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ground rolled oats
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 bananas, chopped
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine oats, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Combine bananas, honey, oil and eggs in blender container. Process until smooth. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in pecans.
Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done. Remove to wire rack to cool.
