Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. raw grated carrots
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil until light and fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with eggs.
Fold in carrots and nuts.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes in 3 (9-inch) round greased and floured pans.
Frost with a double batch of cream cheese frosting and decorate with pecan halves.
