Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 leeks
    5 potatoes (bite-size pieces)
    3 cans Swanson chicken broth (low-sodium)
Preparation
    Cut off roots and dark green leaves of leeks.
    Chop white and pale green portions of leeks.
    Saute leeks in Dutch oven until limp.
    Add broth and potatoes.
    Simmer approximately 1 1/2 hours.
