Banana Nut Spice Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 very ripe bananas
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. flour (cake)
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. seedless raisins
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mash the bananas.
Pour vegetable oil over the bananas and let stand while mixing cake.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in banana mixture and mix well. Add dry ingredients which have been combined. Stir in raisins and pecans; mix thoroughly. Spoon into 3 greased loaf pans and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
